These terms apply when you use Fantasy Zone (the app and website at fantasyzone.app). By using it you agree to them.

The service

Fantasy Zone lets you create and play in NBA fantasy basketball leagues with friends. It's a game of skill for entertainment. Fantasy Zone is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the NBA, its teams or players, or ESPN. Player names and stats are used for factual reference.

No gambling

Fantasy Zone doesn't take bets or hold money for prizes. Any side arrangements between league members are entirely between them.

Your account

• Keep your PIN, invite link and password private - anyone with them can manage your team.
• You must be 16 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
• Commissioners run their own leagues and can change settings, manage teams and settle disputes.

Fair play and behaviour

Don't harass other people, post anything unlawful, hateful or explicit in chat or profiles, try to break or overload the app, access other teams without permission, or use automated tools to scrape it. We can remove content, suspend leagues or remove access if these terms are broken.

Your content

You own what you post (team names, logos, photos, messages). You give us permission to store and show it in the app so the service works. Only upload pictures you have the right to use.

Paid features

Some features may cost money in the future (for example League Pro, Player Premium or the store app). Prices and what's included will be shown before you pay. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout, and refunds follow their process and the Australian Consumer Law.

Stats and scoring

Scores come from public NBA data and are updated during games. Occasionally data is late or corrected; scores may change when that happens. Commissioners can adjust results in their league.

Availability

We work hard to keep Fantasy Zone running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, Fantasy Zone is provided "as is" and we're not liable for indirect losses, lost data or disputes between league members.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Fantasy Zone means you accept the updated terms.
